Registration and payment information

Registration with this form starting 20.1.2025 at 19:00 (UTC+2).

The Beds are full except for a few places for fighters/inspiration. You can register for the bed queue. There is still room for Day visitors.~

There are accommodations for about a hundred participants in different buildings around the Site. In addition, camping in tents is allowed in the area.
If you want to wish for certain kind of accomodation, you can see info about accomodation at “Site”-page.

Please be kind and fill out a separate form for each participant.

The registration form asks:
– email address
– real name
– sca/medieval name or nick name (name you want for lists etc.)
– can name be published on the online list
– coming to the event for full time or as a day visitor
– are you planning to take part in the tournament (as a fighter or as an inspiration)
– possible allergies & restrictions
– accommodation wishes
– are you guardian of a minor (minor’s name and age) or minor (name the guardian)
– program wishes, suggestions and offers
– anything else? (this is where you can tell all the other things you want the organizers to know)

Note! Information can be supplemented by email! As if you have a lot to tell, you can fill basic things at form and fill us with all the details via email, if you so wish.
For food allergies/restrictions if you want to make the kitchen easier, tell us how serious your allergies/restrictions are, for example, does it bother you if there is a food item in the same room or do the products with the “may contain” label work for you.

Cost?

Full event
– adults: 62€ SCA/SKA-members / 67€ non-member
– children (4-12y.): 40€ When parent is member/ 45€ When parent non-member

Day visit (saturday, inc. other foods but no feast)
– adults 28€ both members and non-members
– children (4-12y.) 18€ members and non-members
If event is not full Feast for day visitors +10€

Under 4y. children free full event/day visit with out own bed.

All guests are required to make a reservation in advance. Everyone coming to the event must register in advance. Quota places for 10 couples have been reserved for tournament participants (fighters and inspirations) until March 1 or until the quota is full. Please get in touch if you don’t know yet if you are participating in the tournament.

You can pay the fee as soon as you have received the acceptance email about joining the event.
The last payment and cancellation date for the event is March 14, 2025. Cancellations made after this cannot necessarily be compensated.

Please get in touch in if you have problems with the payment, wish to pay in cash at the door or anything else.
