The registration form asks:
Note! Information can be supplemented by email! As if you have a lot to tell or not know everything yet you can fill basic things at form and fill us with all the details via email, if you so wish. Email address. We will contack you via this, after submiting form will send answers to you aswell.

First & last name (mundane/legal name).

Event name (medieval name, nickname, name you want to called in the event). You will be listed under this name on participants, accommodation, allergy and other event lists.

Can your event name be published on the website? The online participant list will be updated as soon as possible as registrations are received. Everyone on the list will fit into the event.

Do you have a well-deserved SCA title to put in front of your name?

Can your title be published with your name on the website?

Where are you from? SCA canton/village/etc. or real world city/town.

Are you attending the event for the whole weekend (Friday-Sunday) or for a day visit (with food or no)?

Are you planning to take part in the tournament as a fighter or as an inspiration?

Are you guardian of a minor (minor’s name and age) or minor (name the guardian).

Allergies & food restrictions if any. Please also tell us how serious your allergies/restrictions are, for example, does it bother you if there is a food item in the same room or do the products with the “may contain” label work for you.

Accommodation wishes (where, with who, need lower bed etc. We try our best to accomodatate these as best as we can. If you for some any reason have wish to sleep elsewhere then in bed – like in own tent, floor with own mattress etc please tell that aswell.)

Want/need to borrow something? Everyone need medivalish clothes (shoes according weather), disces for eating, towel, sheets&pillow case and there might be something else aswell what you know you will need but cant bring along, We try to arrange borrow things as much as possible.

Need a ride? There is no public transportation to the Site. If you already know you need a ride, please tell us as much as possible now and more via email as soon as you know, e.g. where and when. We will try to help as much as possible, in exchange for gas money, if not from all the way atleast by picking you up from the nearest stations/bus stops.

Program wishes, suggestions and offers. If you would like to keep program tell about it like what, what it needs, how long it takes etc.

Do you want to extra help?  There are many helpers at the event, but there is also plenty to do. Pick the things that you would like to help with if any.  Extra helping is completely voluntary.  However, we hope that everyone will participate in the final cleaning of their accommodation.

Is there any other specific help you would like to offer or would you like to tell us more about this/specify your help?

Tapahtumanimi (keskiaikanimi, lempinimi, nimi millä haluat että sinua tapahtumassa kutsutaan). Laitamme sinut tällä nimemillä osallistuja-, majoitus-, allergia- ynnä muihin tapahtumalistoihin.

Saako tapahtumanimesi laittaa nettisivuille? Netin osallistujalistaa päivitetään mahdollisimman pian ilmoittautumisten tullessa. Kaikki listassa olevat mahtuvat mukaan tapahtumaan.

Onko sinulla ansaittu SCA-arvonimi nimkä hlauat nimesi eteen?

Saako arvonimesi laittaa tapahtumanimesi kanssa nettisivuille?

Mistä tulet? SCA-pitäjä/ kylä/ tms. tai oikean maailman kaupunki.

Osallistutko tapahtumaan koko viikonlopun (Perjantai-sunnuntai) vai tuletko päiväkäymään (ruuilla vai ilman)?

Suunnitteletko osallistuvasi turnajaisiin taistelijana tai innoittajana?

Oletko alaikäisen huoltaja (alaikäisen nimi ja ikä) tai alaikäinen (huoltajan nimi).

Allergiat ja ruokarajoitteet & -valiot. Kerro myös kuinka vakava asia on, esim. haittaako samassa huoneessa oleva ruoka, käykö “saattaa sisältää tuotteet”.

Majoitustoiveet (missä, kenen kanssa, alasänkytarve, jne. Toteutamme näitä parhaamme mukaan. Jos jostain syystä haluat nukkua muualla kuin sängyssä – esim. omassa teltassa, lattialla omin varustein tms. kerro sekin.

Haluatko/tarvitseko jotain lainaan? Kaikki tarvitsevat keskiaikaisehkot vaatteet (kengät sään mukaan), astiat syömistä varten, pyyhkeen, lakanat&tyyyliinan ja voi olla muutakin mitä tiedät tarvitsevasi muttet voi tuoda. Pyrimme järjestämään lainatavaraa käyttöön tarpeiden mukaan mahdollisimman paljon.

Tarvitseko kyydin? Paikalle ei pääse julkisilla. Jos tiedät jo tarvitsevasi kyydin kerro siitä mahdollisimman paljon jo nyt ja sähköpostillla heti kun tiedot esim. mistä, milloin. Pyrimme auttamaan mahdollisuuksien mukaan bensarahaa vastaan, jos ei muuten niin noutamalla lähimmiltä asemiltä/pysäkeiltä.

Ohjelma toiveet, ehdotukset ja tarjoukset. Jos haluat pitää ohjelmaa kerro mitä, kauanko kestää, mitä tarvitsee jne.

Haluatko lisäauttaa? Tapahtumassa on jo paljon tekijöitä ja auttajia mutta myös paljon tehtävää. Valitse missä haluaisit auttaa jos sellaisia on. Auttaminen on täysin vapaaehtoista. Toivomme kuitenkin kaikkien osallistuvan loppusiivoukseen majoitustilojensa osalta.
