What? Autumn Crown Tournament
When? 13.-15.10.2023
Where? At Tippsund camping center in Taivassalo, Finland.
To who? Everyone interested is welcome to join.
How to participate? Registration with this form starting 26.6.2023 (8pm, UTC+3).
Due to cancellations, a few beds available! There is still plenty of room for day visitors to visit. =)

Please be kind and fill out a separate form for each participant.
The form asks for e-mail, name, name on the list (sca-name, first name etc.), are you a tournament participant (fighter or inspiration), are you coming for a day visit or for the whole event – if what kind of accommodation you would like, any minor children (name & age). Allergies, accommodation friends, etc. will be asked later, you don’t have to tell them yet.

Cost?
Prices SCA/SKA-member / non-member. Children with member price when parent is member.

Full event
– adults with bed accommodation: 52€ / 55€
– children (4-12y.) with bed accommodation: 30€ / 33€
– adults with floor/tent accommodation: 30€ / 33€
– children (4-12y.) with floor/tent accommodation: 20€ / 23€

Day visit (saturday, inc. other foods but no feast)
– adults 20€ / 23€
– children (4-12y.) 10€/ 13€

Under 4y. children free full event/day visit with out own bed.

All guests are required to make a reservation in advance. Everyone coming to the event must register in advance. Quota places for 10 couples have been reserved for tournament participants (fighters and inspirations) until September 3 or until the quota is full. Please get in touch if you don’t know yet if you are participating in the tournament.

If possible the payment is made to the bank account of Turun keskiaikaseura Unikankare ry.
Bank: Liedon säästöpankki, IBAN: FI5943092220098699. Address if needed is: Rauhankatu 7 C 42, 20100 Turku, (Finland).
The last date for payment and cancellation is September 3, 2023. Unfortunately, cancellations made after that cannot be compensated and unpaid places will be released to those in the queue. Please get in touch in if you have problems with the payment or you wish to pay in cash at the door.

How to get there? The site can’t be reached with the puclic transport, so car of lift is needed.
Nearest big city is Turku [Åbo] (about 70 km).
In Turku there is airport, harbor and bus&railwaystations.
We try to organize shared rides for those in need.

What you need? To participate you need to registrate (and pay on time). For bed accomodation you need sheet & pillow covers – for floor/tent accomodation you need all things for sleeping inc. mattress, tent, ect. For both you need alos your personal things, medieval themed clothes and dishes and way to get to the site. If there is something you would need to borrow, please let us know. =)

Peruutusten vuoksi muutama sänkypaikka vapaana! Päiväkävijöitä vierailemaan mahtuu mukaan yhä hyvin. =)

Olkaa ystävällisiä ja täyttäkää jokaisesta osallistujasta oma lomake.
Lomakkeessa kysytään sähkäposti, nimi, nimi listaan (keskiaikanimi, etunimi tms), oletko turnajaisosallistuja (taistelija tai inspiraatio), tuletko päiväkäymään vai koko ajaksi – jos millaista majoitusta toivot, mahdolliset alaikäiset lapset (nimi&ikä).
Allergiat, majoituskumppanit ym. kysytään myöhemmin, niitä ei tarvitse vielä kertoa.

Mitä maksaa?
Hinnat SCA/SKA-jäsen / ei-jäsen. Lapset saavat jäsenhinnan huoltajan ollessa jäsen.

– lapset sänkymajoituksella (4-12v.) 30€ / 33€
– aikuiset lattia/telttamajoituksella 30€ / 33€

Päiväkäynti (lauantai, sis. muut ruuat paitsi pidot)

Alle 4-v. lapset ilmaiseksi ilman omaa sänkypaikkaa.

Kaikkien tapahtumaan tulevien tulee ilmoittautua etukäteen. Turnajaisin osallistuville (taistelijoille ja inspiraatioille) on varattu kiintiöpaikat 10 parille 3.9.asti tai niin kauan kunnes kiintiö on täynnä. Ole yhteydessä mikäli et tiedä vielä tuolloin oletko osallistumassa turnajaisiin.

Viimeinen maksu- ja peruutuspäivä on 3.9.2023, minkä jälkeen tehtyjä peruutuksista ei valitettavasti voida korvata ja maksamattomat paikat vapautuvat jakoon jonossa oleville.
Ole yhteydessä jos maksun kanssa on ongelmia.

Kuinka paikalle pääsee: Paikalle ei pääse julkisillakulkuvälineillä, oma auto tai kyyti on siis tarpeen.
Suurin isompi kaupunkin on Turku (n.70km). Turusta löytyy lentokenttä, satama sekä bussi- ja rautatieasema.
Pyrimme järjestämään yhteiskyytejä tarvitseville.

Mitä tarvitset? Osallistuaksesi muista ilmoittutua ja maksaa ajoissa. Mukaan tarvitaan sänkymajoitusta varten lakanat&tyynyliina – lattia/telttamajoitukseen kaikki nukkumistarvikkeen, mukaan lukien esim. patja ja teltta. Lisäksi tarvitset keskiaikavaatteet ja -astiat sekä kyydin tapahtumapaikalle. Kerro, jos tarvitset jotain lainaan.
